There’s a new No. 1 in Class 2A. Waynesburg jumps defending champ Hopewell after another perfect week, while Seton LaSalle, OLSH, and South Park shuffle behind them in one of the WPIAL’s deepest divisions.

No major movement in Class A this week — but that’s about to change. With top contenders clashing in a loaded slate of section matchups, the standings could look very different by week’s end.

Upper St. Clair holds the top spot, but Peters Township, North Allegheny, and Pine-Richland are right on their heels as the heavyweights of Class 4A square off this week.

Oakland Catholic jumps to No. 1 after a statement win over Beaver, with Mars and Chartiers Valley climbing while Freeport slips out of the Top 5.
